These lovely cheese tarts can be enjoyed in four interesting way, be it fresh from the oven, reheated in oven, chilled or even frozen. When its hot, it's very fresh and flavourful. When chilled, it turns into very smooth and custardy. However, if you freezed it, you get to enjoy it in a ice-cream-like texture and crunchy base. Needless to say, my favourite way to savour it is when frozen. Having a cheese tart and "ice cream" at the same time is definitely a win-win.
Durian Baked Cheese Tart (RM6.60/pc)
Very rich in flavour without being too overwhelming. This left me wanting more.
Chocolate Baked Cheese Tart (RM5.80/pc)
A very nice balance of chocolate and cheese that isn't too cloying. The richness of chocolate is on the milder side. I like how it wasn't very sweet.
Original Baked Cheese Tart (RM5.80/pc)
Sweet and sourish at the same time yet so delicious. A safe choice if you're unsure of what flavour to pick or a nice flavour to start with.
